Oligamy Software is an AI development company founded in Gdansk in 2021. We started as a handful of engineers and grew to over 50, building AI systems, document pipelines and web and mobile platforms for clients in fintech, insurance and logistics.

How we got here
2026
June. Internal tools built in house
Replacing rented software with our own applications, shaped around how the team actually works rather than around a vendor roadmap.
March. AI first by default
AI stopped being a separate service line. Retrieval, evaluation and agents now sit inside client work and inside our own tooling.
January. Fewer steps, bigger team
Growing headcount while cutting the number of handoffs between a request and a shipped change.

We report accuracy and cost per unit of work. If a project is not worth building, the measurement says so before the budget does.
We grew from three people to over fifty without ever running a sales department. Every client so far came from a referral or from someone who had worked with us before.
Our workflow
Six stages, in this order, on every project. The point is not the diagram: it is that you know what happens next and what you are approving at each step.
Estimation
We scope the work and put a time and cost range on it before anyone commits. If the range is too wide to be useful, that is a signal the problem needs framing first.
Workshops/Kickoff
Your people and ours in one room, agreeing what the product has to do and what it explicitly will not do. The second list saves more time than the first.
Product Design
Interactive prototypes before code, so the expensive decisions get made while they are still cheap to change.
Continuous Delivery
Automated releases on a fixed cadence. You see working software on a schedule, not a demo at the end.
Testing
Tests run at every stage, not as a phase before launch. Bugs found in the sprint that created them cost a fraction of bugs found in production.
Development
Engineers who own what they ship, including the part that runs at three in the morning six months later.
